POST 6:In my opinion the pub co have been more than un-compliant, they have tried to screw over many people and Inez is one of the few people who has come out fighting, even though suffering a heart attack and other numerous healthconditions triggered by the stress of the pub co’s she is standing up for her rights so lets all unite and show the pub co’s we willnot go down with out a fight.
POST 5:Not long after this case there was another court case against the pub co’s for harassment, the pub cos decided tohire 4 barristers, in my opinion this was a tactic by the pub co to incur as many costs as they could so that it would put Inez in even more financial difficulty.
POST 4There was a courtcase about the rent arrears in march, the judge gave Inez until September this year to pay the arrears, as Inez is compliant she worked around the clock making her self ill, as stated in the video she gave 75% of her turnover to the pub co, this left her verylittle to survive on as after paying wages ect, only a very small wage was drew but Inez managed to pay the arrears a month a head ofthe agreed date.
POST 3:This then had a big effect on Inez and led to her having a heart attack that night. The pub co have tried to make Inez look like she isun-compliant, this clearly isnt the case and if anything its the pub cos that have been un-compliant. If the pub cos were compliant they and Inez could have worked together amicably and such action that Inez had to take would have been avoided.
POST 2:The most memorable dateis when she received the phone that she reverts to in the video as she states she could not make the meeting due to having to have anangiogram in hospital, and as for trying to make Inez sign a contract with out producing the terms and conditions is very unprofessional.
I AM MAKING SEVERAL POSTS AS MY POST IS TOO MANY CHARACTERS TOO LONG.POST 1:This is a hard hitting video, you can quite clearly see the effects it has had on Inez, she looks stressed and very drainedI am a local at Mavericks and I have seen the effects that the pub co have had on the business and on Inez
The landlord concerned in this dispute is Enterprise Inns. I have no problem in mentioning their name as this is a fact. One would have assumed given the current problems faced by all the major Pubco’s whose shares are falling through the floor, with market values down to 1/5th of a year ago, with debts, which are 3 times their market value. Why do this to a lessee, and create an even worse reputation for a sector that few have a good word to say about. There is only one word that fits BIZARRE.
