Very sorry about your situation. You inspire me as I have a mild form of spinal injury. I get lazy and you have opened my eyes a bit more. Thanks!!Wishing you well.

Check out “inclined bed therapy” and “andrew k fletcher” on google. My research has revealed that gravity plays a very important part in regeneration of a damaged spinal cord. There are many other benefits from IBT, tell your rehab about this and ask if it is ok for you to give it a try. It takes 4 months of IBT to produce significant results but other benefits usually become apparent in the first few days. Urine infections are one of the big bonuses, these have stopped for some. Regards Andrew

I love the Internet, it gives everyone a chance to communicate with the outside world, you never feel isolated sitting at home, with stories as inspirational like these ones.
