it’s a total waste of time, effort, money and a killer for estate agents, and sellers,people buy a house ‘cos they want it ‘cos it’s in a certain place, near schools etc., not cos it needs double glazed windaes. it’s doomed to fail or more business sectors will crash! comments pse?
